
ENROLMENT PROCESS
Apply Online
Complete the online Enrolment Application Form, including all information and reports as requested. To complete your application, please ensure you have the following available:

Copy of most recent school reports

Copy of most recent NAPLAN results

Copy of birth certificate

Copy of immunisation records

Copy of citizenship certificate (if applicable)

Copy of visa (if applicable)

Copy of personal learning plan (applicable to indigenous students only)

Copy of bandscales documentation (applicable to EAL/D students only)

Copy of Family Law Orders, parenting plans etc. (if applicable)

Copy of any supporting medical reports (if applicable)

Copy of any supporting specialist reports (if applicable)

Copy of individual education plan (if applicable)
A non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged per Enrolment Application and can be paid via credit/debit card during the online application process. The estimated time required to complete the Enrolment Application is 30 minutes. Further information may be sought if required or if the application is incomplete.
What happens next?
Once an Enrolment Application has been submitted, our Enrolments Team will follow the process below:

If successful at the application stage, we will invite you and your child/ren to attend an interview with the Principal (or their delegate). Along with your invite, you will receive a copy of the College's Enrolment Policy to read prior to your interview.

An interview does not mean that a place has or will be offered.

Following your enrolment interview, the College Enrolments Team will notify you about the outcome of your application in writing as soon as possible.

If your enrolment application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer. Acceptance of the offer is required by the stated due date on the Letter of Offer, and parents are required to return the signed Enrolment Agreement and any other documentation sent with the Letter of Offer.
