REPRESENTATIVE SPORT INFORMATION

Port Curtis Trials

 

Students who are trialling for a Port Curtis sport trial in 2023 must complete a school sport permission booklet. This form can be returned to sports@clearview.qld.edu.au or handed in to the College Administration.

 

Please note that even though you can access the permission booklet anytime, students must still be nominated by their school and the forms must be signed by the Principal.  Students will not be able to trial if the forms are not signed.
